The reservation is only definitive once a 30% deposit has been paid. The balance of the stay must be paid the day before your departure at the latest.
For any cancellation of a reservation, see our cancellation conditions. In case of shortened stay, the totality of the stay will be invoiced.
Arrival time :
We will do our best to have your room ready as soon as possible on the day of your arrival. However, as a general rule, rooms are available from 2pm.
For arrival after 22:00, please contact us and we can arrange for you to check in through the back door.
Check-out time :
Rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. We can store your luggage and will even offer you a shower before your departure.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
Cancellation between D- 30 and D - 16: 30 % of the amount will be charged
Cancellation between D-15 and D-8: 50% of the amount will be charged
Cancellation from D-7 or no show: 100% of the amount will be charged.
Special cancellation conditions COVID-19 :
In these uncertain times and to reassure you, we have also made our cancellation policy more flexible and easier:
"Due to the health crisis, if the government restricts non-essential travel to Morzine-Avoriaz, a holiday destination OR if the government imposes the closure of Morzine-Avoriaz, free cancellation".
In all other cases, the general cancellation policy applies.
We advise you to take out cancellation and interruption insurance with our partner GRITCHEN SAFEBOOKING, which allows you to be reimbursed for the deposit or sum paid if you have to cancel or interrupt your stay for reasons beyond your control. Examples: Illness, accident, death ..... cost 4.5% of the booking
In the event of a dispute between the trader and the consumer, they shall endeavour to find an amicable solution. If no amicable agreement can be reached, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman to which the trader belongs, namely the Association of European Ombudsmen (AME CONSO), within one year of the written complaint sent to the trader.
