BOOKING CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT

 The reservation is only definitive once a 30% deposit has been paid : 3 months before your arrival. The balance of the stay must be paid the day before your departure at the latest.

ARRIVAL TIME

We will do our best to have your room ready as soon as possible on the day of your arrival. However, as a general rule, rooms are available from 2pm.
For arrival after 9pm, please contact us and we can arrange for you to check in through the back door.

DEPARTURE TIME

Rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. We can store your luggage and will even offer you a shower before your departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival. After 30 days or no show, 100% of the amount will be charged. In case of shortened stay, the totality of the stay will be invoiced.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We advise you to take out cancellation and interruption insurance with our partner GRITCHEN SAFEBOOKING, which allows you to be reimbursed for the deposit or sum paid if you have to cancel or interrupt your stay for reasons beyond your control. 
Examples: Illness, accident, death ..... cost 4.5% of the booking

MEDIATION

In the event of a dispute between the trader and the consumer, they shall endeavour to find an amicable solution. If no amicable agreement can be reached, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman to which the trader belongs, namely the Association of European Ombudsmen (AME CONSO), within one year of the written complaint sent to the trader. Referral to the consumer ombudsman must be made: either by completing the form provided for this purpose on the AME CONSO website: www.mediationconso-ame.com, or by post addressed to: AME CONSO, 11 Place Dauphine, 75001 PARIS.
